There’s always been a stereotype about “Sales” which is insecure and aggressive. Real estate agent is not a decent job to elder generation; it’s a synonym for uncertainty. In fact, it is understandable that people have such concern, there are some agents who are unprofessional and lack of integrity, they will do anything to close the deal and go completely AWOL afterwards. We feel ashamed of what they did; however, we do believe they will not survive in the industry.

Most of our property consultants have been working in the real estate industry for more than 10 years, met thousands of clients, gone through thousands of transactions as well. Recently, it dawned on us that while we are serving our customers; we wish we could do more, in other words, we are eager to share our knowledge and experience to more people. Helping customers to buy a property with confidence and efficiency in minimum time is our command, providing them with local real estate information and latest policies, especially those elderly and new immigrants. What we want to present them is the positive side of the industry, rather than they shun after hearing the word “agent”. We wish there are more colleagues like ourselves would like to make a difference and willing to help every customer, listen to their needs so we can offer proper advice.
